"So that's what that smell was," he laughed, walking down the row finding a seat towards the middle of the row and sitting down. "And I'm not as stupid as I look so there." He stuck his tongue out at her, placing his Dr Pepper in the cup holder to his right. The lights were starting to dim and now all conversations would have to be held in whispers so they didn't upset the other movie-goers. Trent was the type to forget other people were around when he was deep in conversation with someone.
"What's in it for you?" he repeated, looking thoroughly shocked. "We all know you need a second-in-command and since I am awesome...you get it?" Trent was always arrogant around his friends because they knew it to be false - most of the time. "Yeah, they're starting now so shush up so I can stare at Katherine Heigl," as he peered up at the screen, her Star Trivia was up.
"You scared that little boy over there, didn't you?" he asked, glancing over at the child who was scurrying away from where they were just standing.
"No," he frowned, pulling his hand away from her. "I'm mad at you. We all can't be A-list actors like you." He rolled his eyes at her, pretending to be annoyed with her. "You hated it and you hate me." After a moment or two of not looking at the girl, he stopped and started listening to her again. Something about pancakes, a great dane and neck hurting. He'd piece it together. "That's because you're brother is meaner than you, you know that. And as for the not so hideous, I have no comment." It was supposed to be taken as an insult but since it's context was kind of sketchy...they'd both end up confused. By the time he looked back up at the screen in front of them, the movie had already began.
