After finishing what seemed like five hours worth of guitar playing, Blake had just begun to pack up his equiptment. It was even his own music he was playing for. He was just that nice of a guy, that when one of his friends asked him to play the lead guitar in one of his band's song, he had to agree. I mean, he would be getting props for it, and you never know who could hear it. When your just getting started in the music business, you got to take every chance you get. He as sure to do that.
After saying goodbye, and securing his acoustic guitar into the carrying case it was always carried in, he headed outside to his vehicle. The small Indie stupid was so small, yet it seemed to be nicely air conditioned. As the boy walked out into the heated day, there seemed to be only two things to do. Either, go somewhere else air contitioned. Which would be cool, literally. Or he could go to the pool.
He obviously did a lot of swimming. Seeing as he was a surf instuctor, and a lifeguard at the beach. Not that many actually started drowning at these beaches though. Only one time. It was a little kid who thought she was drowning, but to everybodys suprise the little demon was actually just kidding, and was standing on their knees. His parents didn't find that too funny.
So, the pool it was. It was a lot less crowded then the beach, and he actually hadn't checked it out yet. As he made his way to the large pool in his black truck, he managed to pull his shirt off while he was at it. Mad skills right there. Anyways. Eventually he had pulled into the rather large parking lot, and he leaped out of his car.
He noticed that hardly anybody as at the pool. And thank the Lord no little kids were there. He opened the stupid gate. It was really annoying, and shut really fast. Pain in the ass. Looking around, there was obviously a lot of fress chairs, so he made his way over to the nearest one. He layed down on the chair, and sighed loudly. Okay, too much heat.
That was when he immediately jumped into the pool. His shorts were already equipt for swimming, seeing as he was going to go surfing anyways. He made his way up from under the chlorinated water, and began to shake his dirty blonde hair, to get the exess water off.

Whitley was already laying down on one of the pool chairs, her knees bent so her legs made a perfect triangle with the chair. It was a good position for tanning and it just so happened to make her already ohso flat tummy look.. ohso flatter, which was always a bonus. As a sign escaped through the nineteen year-old's perfectly glossed lips, Whitley removed her black Chanel aviators and set them down carefully on the ground, no need for raccoon eyes here.
Out of pure boredom, Miss Cooper ran her acrylic fingernails through her dark brown hair. She had taken the time to straighten the lengthy locks to perfection earlier that morning. It currently had enough salon products in it that humidity stood no chance. At all. The multiple blond highlights shone as the sun beat down on her. Ugh. Why did it have to be so hot?! Sitting up, Whitley crossed her legs, Indian-style, and set her hands down on her thighs, her green eyes scanning the pool area for anybody interesting.
After straightening her hair, Coop had also taken the time to lightly line her eyes with black waterproof eyeliner, paying extreme detail to enhancing her already applied dark brown eyeshadow. The brown was of course there to make her green peeper pop just the way she liked it. Adding a couple strokes of waterproof mascara and some clear lip gloss, Whitley was ready to show her face to the whole world. Or.. the people that decided to come to the pool that day too. Whatever.
Spotting Blake, she wildly waved her arms in the air, trying to get his attention. Which would she rather? Sit alone at the pool and be lonely and bored. Or make a fool of herself and have a friend of a friend keep her company. You just think about that. Leaping up from her spot on 'her' chair, which was covered with a orange and pink striped towel, Coop made her way to the pool side, staring down at Blake. She knew him through Daylin. She was sure they had gone out. Or something. But whatever. Daylin and Whitley were like.. sisters. And they shared, too. Blake was a cutie. So why not?
Adjusting the top of her white BCBG bikini, Coop smiled down at the boy and sat down on the edge of the pool. No way would she actually get in, that would just be murder on her hair. And not to mention skin. But, she'd maybe dangle her legs in the water and flirt uncontrollably with her best friend's ex boyfriend. Yeah, that sounded good. "Heyyy Blakee. Rememberr mee?" Like I said before, they had known each other through Daylin. But Whitley was a goddess. No way should he ever forget a face like hers..

The water was so refreshing. Although the hot air seemed to have made the water warm aswell, it was still at least a bit cooler. He floated on his back briefly, before somebody jumped in and splashed water in his face. It's not like the water was a big deal.. but chlorine in your eyes was a pain in the ass. They get all red if theres too much, and hurt for like three days. It's not fun.
Blake now stood up, seeing as he floated over to the shallow it. Maybe it was a good thing he did because out of the corner of his eye, he saw some sort of figure in a bikini flailing her arms around like there was no tomorrow. He managed a chuckled out of the whole scenario, but swam over for a closer look. Oh, well of course he remembered.
Blake had a really good memory. Unlike his sister, if you tell him something he will remember. Even if it's the smallest detail. It was pretty awesome. But faces were pretty simple to remember, especially one's like theres. The boy swam over to where she was, and floated in front of her for the time being. "Yeeahh. Whitley, right?" He said. Well, yeah, obviously.
"Of course. What have you been up to?" He asked curiously. Probably the same thing as she was doing when him and Daylin were going out. But, not that there's a problem with that. If thats what they enjoy.. Blake decided it would be better to sit on the edge aswell. He planted his hands on the side of the pool, and lifted himself up, so they were nearly touching. He fingers now curled somewhat underneath the ledge, and his back was slouched only mearly.
